What is the DMCA :

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing material from online platforms. It also provides protection for service providers who comply with its provisions and establishes a counter-notification process for those who believe their content was wrongfully removed.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice :

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on twitgames.com, you may notify our designated DMCA Agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

• 1.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process :

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

• 1.Your physical or electronic signature.
• 2.Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
• 3.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
• 4.Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy :
